| Description of the problem | My driver side sun visor hangs down about 1. 5 inch from the ceiling all the time. It does not stay up close to the top at all and it blocks my view. It is hard to see the traffic light with it hanging down so i have to hold it up with one hand while driving. I hit my head on it a couple of times while getting into the car. I called toyota and they told me that there is no recall on sun visors for rav 4. I will have to get it fixed from the dealer who charges approx. $150. I came across multiple complaints about the same problem from rav4 and camry owners. This is a very serious issue and it can cause accidents and head injuries. Toyota had a recall on visors for camry and not for rav4. I am deeply disappointed that toyota is not taking any action on this issue. |
