Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2010 toyota rav4. When the vehicle stopped the vehicle accelerated and lunged forward. He stated that the brakes were engaged harder for the vehicle to be stopped. The contacted stated that it was a struggle to get the vehicle to stop. He stated that the failure happened three times and it's always occurred after the vehicle stopped.
