Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota rav4. The contact stated he was struck in the passenger side by another vehicle going 30 mph. The side curtain air bags deployed but not the frontal air bags. After the contact was struck, the vehicle began to abnormally accelerate. The contact was unable to stop the vehicle despite his attempts in abruptly applying the brakes. The vehicle drove over several curbs and proceeded to accelerate up a hill. The contact was able to steer the vehicle but could not bring the vehicle to a stop. The vehicle did not stop until all four tires were flat. The vehicle was destroyed. A police report was available.
