Description of the problem	Tl*-the contact owns a 2010 toyota rav4. While the contact was driving approximately 65 mph exiting a ramp to make a turn, the brake pedal was engaged with no power response. The gear was shifted into neutral and the vehicle continued to accelerate. Immediately, both feet were applied to the brake pedal forcefully. The vehicle stopped in the middle of an intersection.
