Description of the problem	I received a safety notice about my car like 2 months ago. And i still havent received the other letter saying the part was ready so i can get my car fixed. I travel alot with my kids and every time i use my car i fear something might happen. According to the letter sent. We were suppose to get another letter sent out to tell us the part was ready and we can get this part put in our car. But its already november and nothing yet. Please for the safety of my family and other families. Dont let something tragic happen to get this part sent out!! Thanks!!! The incident date is just the date the letter was sent out. I just couldnt skip that part so i put that date.
