Description of the problem	Safety recall notice 16v-596 regarding rear lower suspension arm (no. 1) assemblies. We have been trying to get this recall repaired since the notice was sent out. To date toyota has been unable to supply the part to remedy this problem. I do not have the exact date of the recall but has been over three years. I am concerned that if the part fails, as noted in the recall, it could cause loss of control of the auto. Regarding this, who is responsible if an accident were to occur?
