Description of the problem	My rear car suspension was incased because it was recalled. Over 55 mph was car would sway from side to side. I called toyota and was told my car was perfect. I took the car to two dealers who said at low speed the car performed well. The was a law suit in california that proved the car is defective after the recall. I missed the date because i did not research the web. I sold the car for less because i did not want a crash. I lost money on the car sale.
