Description of the problem	Tl-the contact owns a 2010 toyota rav4. The contact received two recall notices; recall nhtsa campaign id number: 13v383000 (suspension) and nhtsa campaign id number: 12v373000 (suspension). He was advised by a dealer that his vin was associated with one of the two recalls. An authorized dealer advised the contact that had to reschedule two additional appointments none of which were honored since the parts were only available prior to the appointments but no longer available when he arrived.
