Description of the problem	The paint on the roof is coming off. I researched it online, and other white rav4 owners have the exact issue. I just communicated with a local toyata dealer and toyota says it would cover 80% of the repair cost (part only, not tax). I don't think this is right. If this is the paint defect, why would i have to pay for this repair?
