The contact stated that while driving approximately 23 mph, another vehicle ran a stop sign and crashed into the side of his vehicle. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained injuries to his neck, back, and shoulder. The rear passenger sustained injuries to her left breast. The police were contacted and a report was available.
