Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2009 toyota rav4. The contact stated that while driving at 20 mph and applying the brakes, the vehicle continued accelerating and the rpms jumped. The contact shifted into park but the engine continued to race. The contact pushed the off button to turn the vehicle off. When he restarted, the vehicle functioned normally.
