Description of the problem	Safety recall issued may 1, 2014 by toyota for rear lower suspension arms (no. 1). I have contacted the dealer toyota darcars on cherry hill road in silver spring, md 301 622 0300 on may 5, june 6, august 4 and sept 29, 2014 in an attempt to have the recall completed. Each time i was informed that they did not have the parts and i will be put on a waiting list for service once available. I get the same answer on every call and was told to contact toyota customer service. I contacted customer service twice and they as of today transferred me to toyota corporate to register a complaint. Corporate advised that the parts were on national backorder and there was nothing they could do. After five months and follow up notices from corporate reminding me that i had not completed the service work when they can't even get me in to have repairs completed is absurd and poor customer service. Need focus on this to correct parts shortage.
