Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 toyota rav4. The contact stated that while driving at 30 mph, there was a loud abnormal noise coming from the vehicle. The contact mentioned that the failure occurred after the vehicle was repaired under nhtsa campaign id number: 12v373000 (suspension) and nhtsa campaign id number: 13v383000 (suspension).
