Description of the problem	We have had more than one instance when our 2008 toyota rav4 has failed to maintain stabilization when having to decrease speed in emergency circumstances. (usually at higher speeds than 45 mpg) our vehicle's rear suspension makes the drive feel unsafe under these circumstances. Atlanta toyota has been notified of these instances yet no solution has been offered as of today.
