Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 toyota rav 4. The contact stated that while driving 45 mph the vehicle suddenly accelerated. He applied the brakes in order to stop at traffic light but instead the speed increased. The contact was able to stop the vehicle by applying the emergency brake. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who was not able to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired.
