| Description of the problem | Took a trip from wa. State to utah. Had oil changed and checked before departing. Checked oil in utah and saw that oil was way down. Bought more oil for trip home. We used about 4-5 qrts for entire trip. Took car to toyota dealer to do oil usage test. After test dealer said it did not use enough oil to fix the problem. We are very unsatisfied with this result and are wondering what to do now. After reading many blogs we see that this is a big problem that toyota is not very eager to fix. Should we take legal action? |
