Description of the problem	2007 toyota rav4 v-6 manufacturing defect with the oil line of the vvt-i camshaft. Poor quality of rubber line has caused multiple failures which has resulted in catastrophic engine damage, engine fires. Toyota is conducting voluntary recalls with certain vin's, however this voluntary recall does not adequately address the problem. Toyota knows of this manufacturing defect and has redesigned oil line accordingly, but is not offering this redesigned oil line to customers affected by original defect.
