Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 toyota rav4. The contact was driving 60 mph and attempting to pass another vehicle when the accelerator became stuck in the open throttle position. The pedal would not release and the contact shifted into neutral. The brakes were applied with extreme force and the contact was able to stop the vehicle and shut the engine off.
