| Description of the problem | Vehicle was part of recall id: 16v596000. The rear suspension arms that were installed as a corrective action failed. The vehicle was diagnosed by team toyota located in lawrenceville, new jersey. It has been about 4 weeks since diognoced and both toyota and the dealer are trying to find who is responsible for the needed repair. I think this places the driver and passengers at risk because neither party will take responsibility for the improper parts and/or installation. |
