| Description of the problem | I have 2006 rav4 with 62,800 miles on it. The seat belts do not retract properly and some times they do not hold the body tight enough when in locked position. I called up the dealer (northway toyota dealer, latham, ny) and he says there would be charges to look at this problem at the rate of $94 an hour. I was under the impression that safety related items like seat belts should be taken care by the manufacturer free of cost. |
