| Description of the problem | Re; recall 14v273000, never had a failure, had original recall done yet service dept cut off spare tire carrier cable and relocated spare tire to inside of vehicle. Wife is handicapped and we cannot use the rear of the vehicle to transport her mobility scooter. I believe waiting 7+ months for a fix is unreasonable, especially since spare tires have been located under vehicles for decades. I would hope toyota could come up with a fix instead of sitting around and doing nothing ! |
