Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 toyota matrix. The contact stated that the head restraint would move up involuntarily and no longer supported her neck and head. The contact called the dealer who stated that they would put the permanent indentations on the metal for the restraint so that it would not move; the dealer also stated that the problem could be in the seat design and to take it in for diagnosis as it was. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000. The current mileage was approximately 19,100. |
