Description of the problem | Takata recall, last june 2016 toyota let us know the passenger side air bag was a takata air bag but has done nothing to fix the problem. We called toyota of orange 4 time seance we received the notice the last time we where told to get an attorney by the receptionist. If serious death or injury can be caused why doesn't toyota of orange take the matter more seriously. Being told over and over there is no fix at this time, or as i said above " get an attorney". How dose toyota motor sale called there notice important safety recall (interim notice) and there dealership dose not take the matter serious. This is important to me and my family, but not to toyota motor sales or toyota of orange. |
