| Description of the problem | Fax submitting report of hazard for a 2007 toyota matrix has problems with the day time running headlights in drive mode can not switch lights off until car is in park mode with the engine off, want lights disabled. *tgw the consumer stated the first problem he encountered was when he parked facing a white wall garage in the day light. When leaving after dark, he backed out, and the glare from reflected light from the white wall, was so bright in the vehicle he was unable to see anything through the rear window. He finally resolved the problem by covering the windshield with a sunshade. The consumer stated the driver should be in control of every function in the vehicle, not the manufacturer. The consumer also stated the alternator failed.*jb |
