| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 toyota matrix. The contact stated that whenever she came to a complete stop the vehicle acted as if it wanted to accelerate although her foot was on the brake pedal. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they were unable to diagnose the failure. They test drove the vehicle and were unable to duplicate the failure since it occurred intermittently and stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The toyota manufacturer was called several times but no claim was file. The failure mileage was 19,000. |
