Description of the problem	Ever since we purchased our highlander the navigation turn by turn voice works some times and most of the time it does not work. We thought we just did not set it up correctly. While driving to a concert in downtown cincinnati i narrowly this past saturday we nearly had a collision because i was looking at the navigation screen trying to figure out where i needed to turn. After that experience i took the time to read about and then reset the navigation system. No success to correct the problem.
