Description of the problem	Pre collision system as advertised does not function. It does not warn nor self brake for imminent collisions with vehicles nor pedestrians should driver fail to react manually in time. Self tests using large cardboard boxes have verified this. Toyota refuses to remedy problem nor recognize owner test. Non functional since new, 5/2/18. Several dealers and toyota cust. Service contacted & complaint ignored. All instances vehicle in motion on public roadways. Box test in motion in parking lot.
