Description of the problem	The 2012 highlander speedometer consistently shows 3 miles over the actual speed, as compare to various highway speed monitors and commercial gps speed indicators. However, toyota dealer and headquarter said the speedometer is within performance specification. I believe this could be a safety issue as driver may not be sure of the actual speed of the vehicle.
