Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2010 toyota highlander equipped with toyo a20 tires (na), size 245/55/r19. The contact stated that when receiving the vehicle, it swayed to the side it was turned. The contact called the tire manufacturer who offered no assistance and referred him to the vehicle manufacturer. The dealer stated that the brand of the tires was not compatible with weight of the vehicle. The failure mileage was 208. The consumer stated when going around curves, the vehicle would lean into the corner curve more than normal, which would cause the consumer to forcibly turn the steering wheel to bring the vehicle back into the center of the lane. The consumer believed the sidewalls of the tires were too soft, which allowed the vehicle to roll sideways because of its weight, into the corners and curves of the roadway.
