Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2008 toyota highlander. He stated that while driving 5 mph and changing lanes, the throttle caused the wheels to lose traction control. After a while, the throttle engaged and the vehicle began functioning normally. The dealer was contacted and stated that the failure was normal.
