| Description of the problem | Just eight months after purchasing four new tires from just tires, i felt the car sliding in the rain and decided to take my car to the toyota dealership to be checked. I was informed that the tires were completely bald and too dangerous to drive on. I live in los angeles, i do not drive on road-wearing terrain but residential streets and freeways, so there is no obvious reason as to why the tires were worn out just eight months later. I then contacted just tires directly with my complaint and brought them the worn tires. Their response was that the cause was due to the wheels not being aligned.
