Description of the problem	Brakes are scrubbing harshly when weather is damp. Had it inspected at leith toyota in raleigh,nc and was told that was normal for this car. Two months ago in wet cold high altitude there was extreme scrubbing of front wheel brakes, again was inspected and told that brakes were good and would probably need new pads at next inspection. This scrubbing started about 6-8 months after we purchased it new.
