Description of the problem	I'm very disappointed with toyota. My vehicle runs out of oil. Period before 3,000 miles. No "red" oil light. It just runs out of oil. I took it for toyota oil consumption test and it passed. So i go for a second test. No. The 10 year 150,000 extended warranty is expired. So i am now stuck putting oil in this vehicle weekly until it ultimately fails. It runs rough and i expect it to fail. Shame on ntsb and toyota for not recalling this motor. I get a 10 year warranty that starts when the vehicle is first used - not when i'm notified. Very shady and unethical. I also have reservations that the test was properly implemented.
