Description of the problem | I have visited fordham toyota at 235 west 154th street new york, ny on 4/21/2017; and 5/17/2017 and i was told the part was on hold. On 5/11/2017 i received a call and i was told to return on 5/15/2017 to install the required part. My car was kept in the dealer until 3pm. And then was told that the part was not available. I have missed (2) days of work due to this issue and it has not been resolved. I feel toyota is not making any effort to remedy this issue, please advise. |
