Description of the problem | Takata recall - the manufacturer has sent us a letter asking us to not operate the vehicle with an occupant in the front passenger seat, but has not provided a fix. This severely reduces the utility of my vehicle - reducing its passenger capacity by 25%. In addition, this creates an unreasonable expectation that i am unable to fulfill due to the necessities of everyday life. I feel that the dealer and/or toyota has failed to provide a remedy to the takata airbag defect within a reasonable time and request restitution for the lost utility and inconvenience. |
