Description of the problem | I received a letter from toyota notifying me of an interim safety recall notice about 7 months ago. They stated that they would send another letter when parts were available and recommended not operating the vehicle with someone in the passenger seat, which is unavoidable in my case. They have not followed up on this, which i feel is negligent. What can you do about this? |
