Description of the problem | I have already had my matrix recalled for airbags and "fixed" - now another recall. The position taken by toyota is it will be fixed soon. I know it's been over a year soon for this 2nd recall and toyota's approach is not to let anyone ride in the passenger seat! Really!! I should have the right to use my own car!! I think i should be able to get my money back or at least a portion of it back. Toyota has put greed before the consumer. I want something down and done now! I am tired of waiting for something to be down about this. I will not buy another toyota. I was upset by the first recall and having to take time away from my home and job to have it fixed and now to have another recall and am told not to let anyone sit in the passenger seat! |
