Description of the problem	Takata recall (possibly) srs airbag warning light was blinking and now it stays on at all times after startup. Also, passenger side airbag states "off" at all times. It appears all airbags are disabled. Vehicle went to local toyota dealer 3/2/16 for air bag recall/issues. Appears problem not resolved. Attempting to contact dealer again.
