Description of the problem	Takata airbag recall. We received the recall letter in august. Since then, we have not been able to use our car with anyone in the front passenger seat. That puts a strain on our family... We can't drive the car with 5 people and we think toyota should do something to allow us to use our car in a normal way. They have proposed a loaner car, but we would have to pay the insurance, as our personal car insurance does not cover a long term rental that is due to a recall. As there is no end in sight, that could become impossibly expensive. It just doesn't seem fair to put our family out like this, with no idea when it will end.
