Description of the problem | I received notification of a recall several months ago. The letter stated that i should submit a complaint to the nhtsa if i felt that toyota had not remedied the defect within a reasonable time, which is the reason for this complaint. I have asked my local toyota dealer when this will be repaired and have only been told that i will get another notice when parts are available. It is extremely inconvenient to have passengers ride in the back seat all the time since toyota has advised against allowing passengers in the front passenger seat. This is far too long to wait for resolution of this problem. |
