Description of the problem | My complaint is that it is taking a very long time for toyota to provide the parts to replace the front seat passenger air bags in my vehicle. The air bag was recalled in june; it's now nearly november. Not only have they not provided parts, they have not even given a time frame for when parts might be available. When i am not simply going to work alone, i need to be able to put other family members in the back seat and in the front passenger seat. At this time, the only solution provided by toyota is, "don't allow passenger to sit in the front passenger seat". And they are sorry for the inconvenience. How long must i wait to be able to use my car the way it was intended when i purchased it?? |
