| Description of the problem | Purchased end of nov 2018. Two months later, steering kept going out sporadically. Have taken it in multiple times starting in 3/19, again in april, again in may when they replaced the steering gear. Steering continued to go out randomly. Took it in again in october 2019 - steering going out. Replaced active gear shutter, only to have the light come back on 3 miles away. Took car back again 21 days later and they still can't find the problem. On may 10th, went out multiple times on a windy canyon. Today, may 12, they refused to even look at the car. We have no choice but to take legal action. We have all documentation. Any assistance you can provide would be helpful. We are now being told it is out of warranty, but the problem was never fixed. |
