| Description of the problem | The seatbelt occupant sensor goes off when i am in motion and there is no one in my back seat. Sometimes, when i place items like groceries or other personal belongings in my backseat and begin driving it reads as a person and the system begins to warn me that the seat belts are not connected. Other times, there will be an actual person sitting in the backseat without their seatbelt on and the system will not warn me while driving. This is extremely dangerous and annoying. If i'm driving alone and the seat belt warning begins to go off there is no way for me to disable it unless i pull over and buckle in the seat belts. This is a major safety concern because if i am not aware someone has taken off their seatbelt i can not be proactive in preventing their injuries if an accident were to occur. |
