Description of the problem	The car has an issue with shifting from 1st to 2nd. When pressing gas pedal the car briefly accelerates and then the rpm drops and the car almost decelerates. When pressing the gas pedal again the car starts to jerk back and forth until the gas pedal is released. The problem is very reproducible and my sales managers at toyota sunnyvale were trying to convince me that this is normal. They even claimed to have driven a number of other similar cars and told me that all of them have this "normal" behavior (which confirms that a lot of cars should have this problem). They also said the car is "learning", which is totally bogus. After approaching them with service bulletin t-sb-0330-17 which describes the exact same problem but for 2018 model, they claimed my car can't have this problem since bulletin is for 2018, but the cars have exact same transmissions.
