Description of the problem	My vehicle will stall and stops randomly. It is losing power at stop signs and stop lights when i hit the brakes. A few times it lose power temporary while in motion. It keep showing "charging system malfunction and stop in a safe place" message when this happens. It will go back to normal after 5 minutes and then the whole thing repeats a day or two later. I took it to toyota dealership to fix but they concluded the car is alright since there is no check engine. But the problem is there and the car keeps unsafe stopping. My vehicle problem seems similar to those of january 13th 2020 "fuel pump may fail recall" nhtsa campaign number 20v012000.
