Description of the problem	At night,especially on a very dark road, my headlights, especially in the low beam mode, severely restrict my vision. I can only view the road by looking through the lower part of the windshield. The view through the upper part is totally dark as if obstructed by an object. I am concerned that this is a dangerous safety issue and it places myself and others at risk of death or serious injury. I have seen this issue reported by others online and i am uncomfortable with the fact that nhtsa has not informed me of this problem nor has taken any action to correct it.
