Description of the problem	For whatever reason, toyota made the engine control software very slow to react to throttle inputs. If you are driving and stomp on the gas, there can be as much as a 1. 5 second delay before the engine tries to do something. This can be pretty dangerous such as when you are trying to merge into traffic or move so someone doesn't hit you. Never drove a car that had such a delay unless it had a turbo, but the camry responds even slower (camry does not have a turbo). I;ve had the car for 7 months... It has always been like this and it seems to be a very comon complaint.
