Description of the problem	We met with a car accident on 11/11/2019 morning. Our car got badly hit on the front side and has been declared totaled by insurance. Vin [xxx]. This is a toyota camry 2018. The main reason we went with this car is the safety that was advertised. However, during this crash none of the air bag deployed from the car and helped my wife (the driver) from getting the shock. She also got neck strain during this incident. If this due to the faulty air bag, it makes me annoyed as my 8 year son was also on the car when this incident happened. It makes me wonder whether this car is really that safe as it is getting advertised and require you help in registering this complaint with toyota to see what would be next steps.
