| Description of the problem | I have had my toyota camry approximately 8 months and have been complaining almost since the beginning that the auto dimming rear view mirror is not working properly. I have particular problems at dusk and dawn. I have been trying to get this resolved with toyota corporate customer service however they have been unresponsive. I find the bright lights are glaring and distracting and i have to tip the mirror down sometimes in order for it to be as safe as it should be in my opinion. Your help to resolve this matter would be appreciated! |
