| Description of the problem | I purchased a new 2016 camry in may 2016, but i was unaware of the issue with this particular vehicle. Whenever the vehicle is on an uneven surface between axles, it produces a knocking, popping, ticking, or snapping noise from god knows where! I have spent hours (from work with no pay) at the dearership and a ton of monies to get no satisfaction. I am suffering from ptsd and the noise & popping sounds makes me want to jump out of my skin. Many times i thought i had ran over an animal, hit another vehicle when backing up and these issues has cause me to swerve into oncoming traffic, hit street signs & on many occasions unable to perform my duties at work. |
